April 11 – 12 – 13, 2025

Designed for hill climbing, the Col Saint Pierre has welcomed the discipline’s elite for over 50 years.
The scene of magnificent confrontations, the event is unanimously popular with the drivers and arouses the enthusiasm of a loyal public.
Col Saint-Pierre: it’s THE hill climb.
In 2025, the Saint-Jean-du-Gard Col Saint-Pierre hill climb begins a new half-century with its 51st edition. In Saint-Jean-du-Gard, it’s customary to say that the St-Pierre is the beginning of summer. One thing is certain: this race is unlike any other. For 3 days full of emotion—in the city in the paddocks, at the official ASA Alès Stand-Boutique, on the way to the circuit, and in every bend in the Panoramic view of the Cévennes—reigns the excitement that only passion can provide!
« Listening to it approaching in the distance through the trees, hearing its engine roar and spit, seeing the car appear and negotiate the bend, feeling the driver’s determination to be efficient, and finally admiring a beautiful exit from the loop and a re-acceleration with the Rage…
The car is almost gone, continuing its ascent towards the top of the Cévennes… That’s Saint-Pierre! »
A Spectator’s words

Pilot’s words

I have often heard that Mont Ventoux was the giant of Provence, Col Saint-Pierre is the giant of the Cévennes… The first round of the European Championship of the discipline is a legendary and atypical circuit, traced in the middle of the mountain … A first technical part where it is time to brake for the first right before passing « the cauldron of the pin », « Teule » is the key turn before the stairs of the source… We arrive at the second part for the big hearts whose key point is the famous belvedere and an arrival now at the drivers’ corner where the informed spectators meet in numbers.
